The International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI) hosted a webinar on Single Customer View: An essential tool for effective depositor reimbursement via Webex on Thursday, 13 October 2022 and shared some of the best international practices on this area with the entire IADI community. This webinar was attended by 200 representatives of homologous schemes, from different countries, members of IADI.
The Single Customer View (SCV) plays a critical role to ensure effective reimbursement processes and represents a major challenge for several deposit insurers around the globe.
The Albanian Deposit Insurance Agency (ADIA), was invited by IADI to participate as speaker on this webinar, among De Nederlandsche Bank, The Netherlands and Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings (IPAB), Mexico. ADIA was presented by Mrs. Blerta Koci, Head of IT sector, related to ADIA IT infrastructure/systems in place for data storage and data validation process of SCV information.
