Shkëlzen Margjeka, legal auditor, is a member of the Institute of Authorized Accounting Experts since 2008, engagement partner and administrator of the auditing company "ACA MARGJEKA" shpk as well as a member of the Management Council of ASD. Shkëlzen Margjeka has been a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Authorized Accounting Experts for the period 2012-2021 as well as Chairman of the Investigation and Discipline Committee of IEKA. In 1995-1999, he was the president of the Independent Albanian Student Union. Shkëlzen Margjeka graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance-Accounting in 1998, completed the post-graduate course in Finance-Banking, Faculty-Economics, University of Tirana, 2000-2001, as well as in 2012-2014, completed the Master of Science in Finance-Banking , European University of Tirana. He has continuously received professional qualifications from local and foreign experts. Since 2000, Shkëlzen Margjeka has worked as a finance director in insurance companies, local and foreign companies, has provided financial and fiscal consultancy, has provided audit-accounting services, has carried out financial monitoring and controls at the CEC, as well as performed expert reports in the court and the prosecutor's office.
