Erjona Bejleri

Ms. Erjona Bejleri (Çela) was born in Berat on May 2, 1978, and has served as the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Albania since March 11, 2025. She graduated in 2002 with a degree in Economics from RUDN University in Moscow and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana. She has also completed several professional development and leadership training programs in Vienna, Athens, and Budapest. Ms. Bejleri (Çela) brings over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, including more than 15 years in senior executive roles. She has held key leadership positions in prominent financial institutions such as Raiffeisen Bank and Alpha Bank Albania, where she also served as a Member of the Executive Board. Throughout her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and promoting the institutions’ sustainable growth. In November 2024, she was appointed Administrator of Agrokredit sh.a., a financial institution dedicated to supporting the agricultural sector and fostering economic development in rural, suburban, and tourism-oriented areas. Renowned for her strategic vision and leadership capabilities, Ms. Bejleri (Çela) has consistently demonstrated excellence in managing high-performing teams and leading transformative initiatives across the financial industry.
