Shkëlzen Margjeka, legal auditor is a member of The Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors of Albania (IEKA) since 2008, engagement partner and administrator of the auditing company “ACA MARGJEKA” LLC and a member of the Board of Directors of ASD.
Shkëlzen Margjeka has been a member of the General Members Assembly Meeting of The Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors of Albania (IEKA) for the period 2012-2021 and Chairman of the Investigation and Discipline Committee of IEKA.
In 1995-1999 he was chairman of the Albanian Independent Student Union.
Shkëlzen Margjeka graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance and accounting in 1998, graduated from the postgraduate course Finance-Banking, Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, year 2000-2001 and in 2012-2014 graduated Master of Science in Finance-Banking, European University of Tirana.
He has continuously completed professional qualifications from local and foreign experts.
Shkëlzen Margjeka from 2000 onwards has worked as a finance director in insurance companies, local and foreign companies, has offer financial and fiscal consulting, has offered audit-accounting services, monitoring and financial controls at the KQZ (Central Election Commission and has prepared act-expertise for the court and prosecutor’s office).
